The purpose of the São Sebastião City Council application is to facilitate communication between the population and councilors.

Now, citizens have an exclusive module for sending incidents, where they can be a real city inspector. See how it works:

1) Starts the occurrences module in the application
2) Take a photo of the problem in the neighborhood/city, the system will show the location on the map and you can attach a description of the problem
3) Select whether you want to send it to all councilors or to one in particular.
4) After submission, you will receive a protocol number to monitor progress and be able to talk to the councilor about the incident.
