CCAPP: Browser for COMMERCIAL/DIGITAL CITIES that brings together City Halls, Companies, Shopping Malls and Communities, making everyday life easier with information and free internet on its networks.

TERMS OF USE:
To browse a COMMERCIAL/DIGITAL CITY, you must be logged in. CCAPP will automatically use randomUUID, Cookies or Sessions to identify or facilitate your browsing; other data is optional. RandomUUIDs are unique, random identifiers for unique identification in distributed systems. CCAPP may block/cancel access or accounts for illegal attitudes/actions defined by CCAPP itself. The rules and access control to the DIGITAL CITIES networks are their responsibility.

3.1 CCAPP allows the use of the camera to upload photos or videos only for commercial use, such as: products, services, promotions or commercial events.
3.2 The use of photos and videos in personal, social or inciting content of any nature that is not commercial is strictly prohibited.

4. USE OF GPS:
4.1 CCAPP uses GPS for location services. You authorize the app to access your current and historical location.
4.2 CCAPP respects your privacy and does not share location data with third parties, except to provide the app services.
4.3 Location information is stored for the time necessary to provide the services.
4.4 You have the right to edit, delete or refuse the use of GPS.

5. USE OF CCAPP CASHBACK:
5.1 Virtual refund service offered by LOCAL BUSINESS CITIES Companies to customers.
5.2 The amount is stored in a CCAPP VIRTUAL DIGITAL WALLET, managed by the Group Companies. It can be used for new expenses or at any Company in the BUSINESS CITY.
5.3 CASHBACK does not need to be declared on income tax, as it is not an increase in assets or income assessment.
6. DATA DELETION:
On the website www.ccapp.com.br, the "DELETE ACCOUNT" link contains all the information and procedures for deleting an account or data.
