I have paid 500 rsd four days ago, and I was waiting four days for funds to become available so I can top up my card. I have 'topped' up the card, and I am still unable to check in when I am in the bus (insufficient funds). In mobile app, my virtual funds are reserved, but unavailable. This is a problem because transactions need to be processed fast to enable people to use their cards quickly. Funds should be at users disposal as soon authorization transaction gets confirmed.

Bug: Use back button to exit the app, then reopen the app - it opens and immediately gets closed on it's own in a second. Bug: pinned favorites sometimes stop to persist - it just doesn't work until I clear data or reinstall the app - can't reproduce. Suggestion: full text search. When I search "jodna" I get nothing - I have to type "futoška - jodna" (with spaces and dash required). Please fix position of the "Bulevar Cara Lazara - Puškinova" stop on the map, it's on the other side of the road.

pros: you can see where the buses are in f****** REALTIME!!! where has this been all our lives!!! * cons: stations arent always in the correct spot, busses seem to be coming forever, sometimes it says 2 minutes but the bus is like 3km away, some lines just arent shown as if they didnt go and then you see them going in front of you and you miss the bus... a lot of little bugs that lower the user experience and the sense of reliability
