In general, the application is not bad, but the interface is overloaded and it is not always clear where to find what, so you have to travel through the tabs to find the right one and there is an inconvenience in working with translations in the erip, there is a limit on translation per day, but it works strangely if you have used up the limit of transfers at the end of the day, then the next daily limits are not updated and you have to wait all day

The application is confusing. One time code generated by application is not accepted when logging in to internet banking on computer. Many other glitches
