To start, the App has been a struggle since the beginning as I'm having issues with it. So I'm logged into my account and heading to part that says account and the app automatically shut down/restart every time and this has become an inconvenience for me because I need to text Reps on WhatsApp (who sometimes takes an eternity to answer) just to get my account balance to further pay online. Can this be looked into? I've removed/deleted the app and issue continues.

1. Horrible! It constantly crashes. 2. Please fix your app. Its to slow to update your account. The previous version, before the updated one, was MUCH MORE FASTER. We should be in advance mode now and not crab mode. Updated version 28.9.23
