To use the My First Bank Mobile app, you need to be a First Bank Online Banking user. If you're already a user, simply download the My First Bank Mobile app, launch it and log in with the same credentials you use for First Bank Online Banking.

Ratings and reviews

Bill pay navigation is a bit confusing in comparison to the way it used to be set up on the previous app. Not impossible but confusing and takes some getting used to. Also, when I make transfers it pulls up accounts that I'm secondary on rather than my main accounts so it would be easy for me to transfer into the wrong account if I don't double check it.

Very convenient and easy to use. I like this bank. The only thing I don't like is the overdraft fees. If I just over draft 1 time then they charge like you overdraft several times.

Everything is convenient, no hurry to be at the bank before it closes. All you need is right at your fingertips.
