Important: The FerrellFill app is NOT a Ferrellgas customer account. If you are looking to order your next delivery, pay your bill, chat with a Customer Service Professional or more, go to MyFerrellgas.com. This is an app that requires the installation of the Ferrellgas telemetry unit to function. You do need an activation code, provided by Ferrellgas Customer Service, to connect to your tank monitor.

Ratings and reviews

This app is absolutely horrible. I've tried so many times to set it up with no luck. This code it requires is nonexistent. I even called them to ask about the code & they knew nothing about it. Please do address this horrible app. Get it working. Our sign in information for our established account should be the same for the app.

I put all my info into the proper boxes and am still waiting for a code to add my tank to the app. Plus I have to close the page entirely because it won't let me go back. I know this is new but it needs work.

Works perfectly and is extremely accurate, you can also set the time when you want to fill.
