The App offers merchants the possibility of issuing a silent alarm to immediately notify the Local Police if an incident related to security occurs in their establishment.
The App foresees that those in charge of commercial establishments can make use of this virtual button in two scenarios: in the event of a robbery or in those cases in which no crime has been committed but a potential problem is detected, such as the presence of a person who may be suspicious. In the event that the emergency that occurs in commerce is not directly related to public safety, but to a medical emergency or a fire, the App will also direct the user to call 112.
