Every time I have made a successful payment against a Customer ID, I have to raise a complaint due to the payment pending status. And this issue persists for the last 3-4 months. New Month, New Monthly Payment, Same Issue...No Improvement and also poor UI. After all, this application is managed by Indus Net Technologies, a 3rd Party... No immediate assistance from the customer service team for not only this above ongoing issue but also from the aerial point of view.

BAD. CESC wanted to become smart but with this latest version, it has become unsmart. It does not accept MPIN even after resetting the number. Horrible experience. The earlier version was much better. It forced me to the new version and it is a mess. Still unable to login.

After updating the app it is not opening. So kindly solve this issue ASAP. It will be very difficult for us to recheck whether I have paid my bills or not as I am very much set to a super tight schedule. This is because sometimes I might forget to recall the same. Please do find some solution ASAP.
