About this app

Falcon BMS Control lets you control your Falcon BMS simluator from any android device.

It will render the ICP, DED and both left and right MFDs on your android device and all buttons present will remote control your simulator with little to no perceivable delay.

Requires the accompanying server application from https://kungfoo.github.io/falcon-bms-control/ and BMS running to fully work.

Please make sure to enable RTT texture extraction in falcon bms user config like described here: https://kungfoo.github.io/falcon-bms-control/ You'll need to add a line like: 'g_bExportRTTTextures 1'

It works well, but the interface should be re-designed to use the available space. The ICP panel just looks weird with all the space left empty on the right side. Switching between the MFDs and ICP should be handled with simple buttons, not a tiny slider. Reply to dev's comment: I tried the app on 5", 7" and 10" tablets. Screen size does not really matter because the app doesn't fill the available space. You can see on your screenshots how much space is wasted on the right and bottom sides. It would be a bonus if the dabber switch would actually look like the real thing. Keep up the good work, the application has a solid foundation.

Thanks for your feedback! I will consider your feedback to improve the next version. May I ask what screen size the device you run this on has (with respect to 'all the space left empty')?

What’s new

This version fixes a crash with that occurred with version 1.5.0.
It also includes the new layout and a few other fixes.
