Unreal. Logging in is a nightmare and requesting a "forgotten password" is an experience that brings absolutely no results. Edit. This cannot keep happening. I'm sick and tired of changing my password so often. This is unacceptable, I actually find it extremely disrespectful. You are wasting so much of my time on a regular basis. I think you ought to be ashamed. Let me log in with my password or let me reset it without me wasting hours every single time. Appalling

With added payment method (credit card) no automated payment is processed and high reminder fees apply. Thanks for nothing. Also unknown 'unblocking fee' after eBill activation

I have been chatting with Sunrise team telling them I need to cancel all my contracts. Sunrise chat keeps directing me to a robot, and a phone number I obviously can't call internationally. This is not good
