I reached the minimum threshold for withdrawal and I was told to upload documents and wait for 14 days and I did but nothing was successful it keeps saying your documents were successfully uploaded wait for 14 days even up to now and there is not help button to get assistance on these issues. I do not think the app pays your for watching ads.

payout at 100 bucks. each add is about 30 cents and is around 30-45 seconds. I'll update if it pays out edit: upon cashing out I needed to upload my ID for verification. no problem. App said 2 weeks. it's been around 3 weeks...No update or customer support options to remedy the issue...I'll update of anything changes but for now...don't waste your time

Promoney app creating problems when you want to withdraw your money after watching ads. App demand for up load photo for ID. When you open the gallery for uploading and tick photo it again and again demand upload photos. So app is faque and lightimate don't waste your time.
