Love it but gets jamed now and again. Best when using round food. I love the programmability. Lots of options for food amounts and dispensing times. Keeps track of your pets age, weight & makes suggestions. Works best for 1 pet, but can enter multiple pets. I set it to dispense once, then wait 7 minutes, and dispense again this way both cats get to eat. Only room for 1 at a time. 7 minutes works for my cats. It has a decent camera with night vision. When cat eats you can only see a close up

Very Frustrated. When I first set this product up it was great! However, now it is a glorified paper weight. I had to change my WiFi as I had some internet issues and now the device, naturally, will not connect. However, the problem is it's impossible to switch the WiFi connection through the app or delete the device all together and then re-add. There is a big "Delete Device" button in the device setting but when pressed nothing happens... A huge oversight if you ask me...

The app that is needed 💯 to work the device doesn't work. It says nothing when I try to add the device to my wifi. I have a 5g sticker on the device but everyone says it doesn't work yet. Then I switch my wifi to 2.4 ghz and it still won't connect. I tried reseting multiple times and nothing. It is a giant paperweight at this point 80 buck down the drain. Amazon needs to shut this item out until they fix the app.
