As other reviewers have noted, the 1.8.5 version of this app just doesn't work on LG smartphones (I have a V30+). If you go to their website and download the older version they have (1.8.2) it works just fine, but as I was sleeping, the older app updated so it was 1.8.5, so now I have to go back and download the older version all over again and turn off auto update for all of my apps! This issue needs to be fixed!

Contrary to what the consensus seems to be, I think this dash cam is great and the app is better than most people think (Galaxy s8). Only issue, is that the app will let you Download a video, but once downloaded, it is not saved on your phone so you are unable to send it to others or save it onto your phone. You can't even rotate the video horizontally to make it bigger. Only way to actually save it or send it is on PC. I hope this issue is resolved soon as this dash cam really is great

The app has everything needed to monitor the camera and more. But it needs to be improved. 1- it's not compatible with tablets and car Android head units. 2- it freezes a lot and when you viewing live feed from the cam it has a huge delay and shows scene you already passed 7-8 seconds. 3- after couple of weeks of use now it's not connecting to camera. FIX IT
