Cerina is a digital therapist, a class 1 medical device in the GB. Through a personalised programme we offer a full course of clinical-behavioral-therapy (CBT).
Train yourself to manage your worries and anxiety through 7 sessions of therapy.
The structed therapy offers a range of CBT exercises including a worry diary, worry tree, worry script, testing your own beliefs and managing uncertainty.
Track your progress with our unique therapy log, allowing you to read your thoughts from previous sessions. Retake the screening tool to see how your symptoms have reduced over time. Review your therapy goals and see your efforts in your final session summary.
Relax into our self-care section with mindfulness audio tapes, podcasts, articles. Find external resources that will lead you to support groups and helplines.
All our sessions are backed by science and research. Every session was developed by our inhouse cognitive psychologist with 20 years' experience in CBT. Our sessions have been reviewed by multiple psychologists to ensure that all content is clinically rigorous.
