doesn't even work. I was able to login once and now it just says there was an issue and their bot has reported it. can't even pay my damn bill. there was nothing wrong with the old app but this one doesn't work at all.

So far it seems a bit better than the old app, has a little extra info and streamlines things a bit. The one annoying part is having to reset the password upon transitioning over, but otherwise good.

I have not been able to regain access to my account online or in the app since they changed.
