Mynd Management’s mission is to ‘Create Happy Homes & Healthy Investments’. Our efficient technology enables owners to confidently invest and own rental properties in the small residential sector within 19+ markets across the nation.

We believe that data and technology add transparency to both owners and residents so all parties receive the service they deserve. While property management is the core of Mynd Management’s service, we also help owners by offering other value-added services such as insurance, brokerage and lending.

The app allows you to:
• Communicate directly with your portfolio management team
• View real-time rent collection from residents
• View the leasing process (if your unit is vacant)
• Update account information
• View your weekly distributions collected
• Oversee repairs and maintenance notifications

Ratings and reviews

Seems reasonable for owners. It still needs some refinement around the messaging system, however. For example, if one writes a message and forgets to write a subject, I have to delete my message first before entering a subject.

The app is pretty good, the management behind it has been questionable, but in the past few months, they seem to be doing a better job.

App didn't work other that to show a profile page..no access to email/communication
