Customer Service is worst. Actually there is no customer service. Pdfs are not opened. Free study material is too less. In app you get a chat option, which never responds. In WhatsApp they constantly ask your payment slip when asking for any kind of support, which is not actually provided in first place. In short, you can do nothing.

The app although being a new one, does not disappoint in any manner in terms of quality of questions and their solutions. I have been using the app for quite sometime and one thing I am sure it will give you more than enough questions for the respective examination so that you can practice and ace the real exam. Also, the prices are very minimal which helps students who don't have lacs to spend on the coaching to prepare in a professional and quality manner. Also the support team is good too.

why there is no customer service and why they have taken the truecaller name automatically and does not give the option to change it.....
