This app is extremely frustrating as nothing on it works properly. Every time you open it it either spends ninety seconds to 3 minutes updating, or it logs you out and you have to log back in. The entire purpose of this app is to be able to communicate in real-time with customers and it in no way delivers that service. I forgot to mention even if you can get in it fails to send messages over and over again. I closed the app and reopened it three times trying to send a message all failed.
