The app needs a few basic updates. 1. Satellite view of the map should be showing area names like any other satellite map not sure why you can't it's just blank? 2. It would make for a better viewing experience if the geofences could be hidden on the map but still active in the background. This can be done by simply adding a button or slider to each geofence giving the user the option to either hide or show them on the map. It would be a better user experience with these simple updates.

No ability for client to reactivate a device after paying for the first month. 2 days later we have £10k equipment onsite with no tracking. Ridiculous. Tamper is hit and miss. Notifications of unauthorised movement are too quiet - just a standard beep, needs a proper alarm alert.

It was an excellent source of protection for my son but lately it sucks and customer service is not helping. They need to do better for $22.95 a month.
