Bullcrap! I paid for 2-5 days shipping. 11 days later it shows my order is still being fulfilled. I sent them a email and got no reply. I went to their live chat and it said they had too many chat requests to respond. What a bunch of trash! I ended up calling my credit card company and disputing the charges. Thanks for ruining my Kids Christmas!!

Scam. I got some items after complaining that I never got my order. Tried again and no reply to my email and still nothing has arrived. Nice premise, but horrendous execution

buy at your own risk BEWARE if you expect even relatively decent shipping time it won't happen expect at least a month to receive your order and don't expect good or even competent customer service they're rude and when you tell them to cancel your order all of a sudden they ship that order out or claim to so it's too late to cancel I was excited and looked forward to many more orders instead I got a nightmare from a scam of a company
