Not sure if it's just my phone or the app itself, but it takes more than fifteen minutes to fully launch and load up, and even then that on good days. It shows the blank page with the logo in the center then opens to a white and green page with nothing loaded. Just tried to download the update and nothing has changed. While this company isnt my favorite for plants, as they've taken a month to ship an order, and I've recieved waterlogged, root rotten plants. I still check out their stock.

EDIT: I no longer have to uninstall the app, but it glitches constantly.. still a great place to buy plants tho and they will forever have my business the company is great, the app. well I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I want to get on it because if I dont it wont load. but BWH the company is amazing, wonderful plants, great shipping and all that! definitely buy from them

Works about 50% of the time to br able to purchase the sought after rare plants during Sundays restock. Doesn't always refresh and says "sold out" even when I'm on the app at exactly 3pm Pst/6pm Est. The "favorites" function isn't consistent either. Sometimes work, sometimes doesn't. I'm on an android. Not sure if it's the type of phone i have.
