I have had great difficulty finding the things that I came to get. For example, I searched for Asian Spice fragrance products and was given a chair? The app keeps giving me the chance to get $20 to download the app even though already have. Where is the Pier One I used to love? How can the app enable a customer to find all of the individual, specific items that they are looking for. Maybe it's not the app, maybe Pier One just doesn't carry all those wonderful things that they used to.

Need work. I would like more information on the products that I'm buying. Also just more customers integration and interaction, like being allowed to rate products after buying them and reviewing them also. And another feature I always find use in other apps when shopping is the "you might like this" or "similar to this item is" option usually found at the bottom of the product page. This app just needs a little more thought and love. 😝🤔😉🙂

The app itself is good enough. Though I really miss the old Pier 1 Imports and merchandise they carried. My house is littered with Pier 1 and Pottery barn and since the buyout I have not bought 1 item yet. The app works well. Never had a problem with it but I do hope the old styles of what Pier 1 represented in the past makes it back to see the future of design. So far I haven't been impressed with the new styles.
