I'm unable to create an account and redeem rewards points. I've tried numerous times, and I'm always brought to a password reset error page, or that page doesn't exist error. Recently cannot complete purchases through the app, it always defaults to page not found when I go to check out. Accessory products don't have their own dedicated page on the app, have to search for them with the next to impossible to find search icon. Website navigation is not much better. Not worth it.

first of all I love arctic fox color. it's phenomenal & cannot say enough good things about it. their app on the other hand is the absolute most frustrating app I have ever used. my first order went fine, however everytime i have tried to make an order using this app it gives me error messages or tells me there is nothing in my cart 😡 at this point it's worth the extra $1.50 per bottle to buy it from a local beauty supply than deal with this seriously annoying app.

The only thing that works is shopping. I get notifications daily about mixes and specific colors and it doesn't take me to any of that information, just the product catologue. I'll use the app to shop but the notifications are useless to me unless there is a discount or something. Today the notification told me about sterling; I hit the button and the app told me the line was no longer available. Then I hit the home button, used the search mechanism and ... wait for it ... found sterling!
