the app runs slow the menus and various parts of the app seem to lose touch with each other. I'm either logged in or not it can't seem to keep track. can't redeem rewards because it can't remember I'm logged in. go to cart thinking it's empty then it's not empty. more testing before release of app would have been thoughtful.

I'm unable to create an account and redeem rewards points. I've tried numerous times, and I'm always brought to a password reset error page, or that page doesn't exist error. Recently cannot complete purchases through the app, it always defaults to page not found when I go to check out. Accessory products don't have their own dedicated page on the app, have to search for them with the next to impossible to find search icon. Website navigation is not much better. Not worth it.

The only thing that works is shopping. I get notifications daily about mixes and specific colors and it doesn't take me to any of that information, just the product catologue. I'll use the app to shop but the notifications are useless to me unless there is a discount or something. Today the notification told me about sterling; I hit the button and the app told me the line was no longer available. Then I hit the home button, used the search mechanism and ... wait for it ... found sterling!
