Better off using the website. Doesn't work with rewards at all, no spending points or ability to add discounts/free items to cart as you can on the full site. Some items are totally missing (face masks, for example). Pretty disappointing, as a returning customer--the customer service and products are great, the app is not.

The app needs some refinement. It will get stuck every now and then when clicking on items. Also, it take a while to update after placing an order. Almost thought I was charged without having placed the order.

Great products. but a very unuser friendly app
