If i could give a 0 on customer service, I would. First experience and i would never shop.again. never received my package and when I emailed customer service it was brushed off as if it wasn't a big deal and that they weren't responsible for anything in which there was no way of me knowing whether they had sent it off or the post office was responsible neither one gave me any information other than on their end it was delivered which was poor communication and lies because I never received

I can't open the app it keeps telling me I don't have internet please fix you're the only place I get my lashed from!!!
