The September 2025 update has problems. When I tried to place a simple order for collection, I keep receiving an error to "Resolve basket issues" and it won't let me complete check out. Considering I have used the older version of the app for more than 3 years without problems, this update is very disappointing. The search functionality, which tries to update as I type a search term, is not great. Please consider a search function which isnt updating while the first word is being typed.

This new update is absolutely shocking!! It won't allow me to check out claiming I need to resolve cart issues first. There are absolutely no cart issues. This whole update is the worst experience ever. We actually have given up on 3 separate occasions and gone elsewhere. I have sent a complaint to Nandos, but no feedback , nor has the issue been fixed.

Hey Nandos, I thought the previous app was bad but your new app update is shocking. I can't select a store to go collect from, I get a 404 page not found error. Also, after I called and ordered, I received the order notification, when selecting it to virw the order number I also got a 404 erroe.Are you guys are using the worst IT developers in the country or something? Please spend some money and develop a proper app as this is super bad customer experience. you can do way better than this!
