I am writing to provide feedback on the grout calculator for FG-C unsanded grout. After entering the required information, the result displayed "1 unit." My primary concern is the ambiguity of 1unit. It was unclear whether this referred to 1lb, or 10lb bag, or 25lb package. I had to contact technical support in PA from CA, resulting in an overnight wait. Though the app is quick and easy to use, this lack of clarity regarding the output unit reduced its overall usefulness

I bought Henry products. They say download their app for instructions. I go to their website which links me to the Ardex app. The app won't let me search any of the Henry products. It is worthless to me without that ability.

You can only put a max size of 25" tile size when calculating grout coverage
