“EuskalTrenbideZeinu” is an application that the Basque Railway Network (ETS) makes available to deaf people to guarantee accessibility to communications from the intercoms of its station network. This application can be easily downloaded by users by reading the QR code found on each intercom of the stations. Once downloaded, by entering the identification code of the intercom the deaf person is in front of the app, you can call the video service
Interpretation to establish communication with the Command Post to which said intercom is associated.
This App has been conceived and designed for use on smartphones and tablets with Android 4.X or higher operating system that have a front camera.
The use of the “EuskalTrenbideZeinu” application requires the use of a 3G / 4G / 5G data connection.
