As of today, 1 star. My updated status. He did find what i sent him but my app does not allow me to do recover only purchase again. This is just ridiculuos on your part. I have sent the purchars receipt. I have also sent you a screenshot of the vip page that shows i do not have the recover button available. It only wants me to purchase again. The vip has a countdown that shows i have 357 days left on my su scription. But still have offered no advice or solution to fix my problem.

I sent you detailed instructions several times with a screenshot of each steps. Other users do it in 5 minutes )). For several days you have not been able to send the purchase receipt. Now I asked to do a restore in the application and let me know. No news from you...

it was great until yesterday worked perfectly and it was amazing especially for colosseum, but today when ever I try to open the app it keep saying connecting to server and it never go behind that FYI I have the premium one I have paid for it and now it's not working what so ever

It's great, but the server, alot of times is offline. When working it helps alot with lords mobile, I'd like starred heroes to be considered in the colloseum.
