It's one of the worst apps I've had the displeasure trying to use. It's laggy, rarely works the way it's supposed to, and takes forever to clock me in and out most times. Feels like it's held together by the electronic version of tape and paperclips- definitely needs some TLC

App really needs some help. can't complete my duties while at work or report anything that may need immediate support. can't clock in or out since doing the update yesterday! Please for the sake of all of us lifeguards, fix this so we can not stress over an app & actually do our jobs we are hired to do

The User interface is both clunky and slow at times. The app constantly undergoes updates that could result in the inability to complete tasks at work. This doubled with the fact that I can't quickly and easily report issues with the app to the devs incredibly frustrating
