Sssooooo easy. Tried two other apps that were supposed to be for my exact adj. bed but this was the only one that worked perfectly. It was listed as a universal bed remote I highly recommend, (especially before you knock your remote under the bed for the third time)!!! Yes I had to download it more than once because it quits working after a bit but still.... SG

App just stopped working, picked up my phone one day and open the app in my beds entry just was no longer there. I've tried everything I know to get it back and I can't. And Bob's makes damn sure there are no instructions anywhere online for this. I don't know why they are so allergic to information about their products getting out to consumers. This app appears dead.

Installed app on my phone, connected my and my wife's bed, all worked fine. Installed app on my wife's phone, connected both beds....then both beds disappeared from both phones. Looks like you can't connect a bed to multiple phones. This is a deal breaker. One of the reasons we bought this bed is the app. I need to be able to anti-snore her bed and vice versa. Don't want to reach across her when she's sleeping to get her remote. Got to get this fixed Bob!
