Post the recent update, the app became worst, 1. It doesn't refresh the pages until the app is closed entirely 2. Feedback option within the app doesn't work. 3. Application pushes to submit the cab driver's feedback even before boarding the cab

The app is slow, and there's no feedback when something is clicked.

Just bug ridden. Even after having updated to the latest version. Logs me out whenever it feels like it, takes ages to update cab details. Sometimes I don't even receive cab details for the trips and makes it inconvenient to connect with the drivers. iCare functionality is extremely glitchy too! Not exactly sure as to what this app helps to accomplish, but I can say it's very far from doing so.

We have added “Global Production” domain to [24]7 Employee Connect app, please unregister and register again. Post unregister and while registration you can see the Global Production domain, which will be last domain the domains list. Please try with this domain.
