Luckily, it did work on Pixel Pro 9 on Android 16, in Oct 2025. It crashed a couple of times, less than 5 through the entire game, and it auto saved progress so it was not an issue. A couple of puzzles are tricky to scan the AR, but once you get used to it, it is fine. That being said... 1 star review because they abandoned the project, scammed the Kickstart backers who paid big bucks for parts 2 & 3... but you can get this on eBay for $35 now, so it's worth that much

I got the AR tabletop game from Infinite Rabbit Holes "Panic in Gotham" that requires the use of my phone's advertised AR capability. The Galaxy a23 came pre-loaded with the Google ARC that is required, and runs Android 14 (minimum 13). Ppl have complained about crashes, which happens. The real frustration is that even when it runs, and all requirements are met, the AR shows a blank black screen. Infinite Rabbit Holes does not respond to emails or Twitter hails. No customer service at all.
