Pretty slow and the features are hard to find because they aren't set up the same way as the desktop. The functions aren't labeled with names, just little icons so you have to guess at it and learn by trial. Mine tells me I have a server error every time I press a button but it still let's me use it. Also, it looks like an app from 2010. Kinda low res and blocky. Its all good though overall.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are taking on board your comments for feature releases. As for the error you get, Engineering is working on improving the app when using Galaxy S22 phones.

When I first downloaded this app a year ago, everything worked perfectly. No problems except if I didn't have any cell service at all, which is to be expected. However, with this latest update there is a major problem. I can deny a client access but cannot give them access back once revoked. Every thing else works in the app and being able to do things remotely is wonderful. I can change access levels on the computer and the remote web client, but not on the phone app. This needs to be fixed.

When you edit server login credentials via the app, it creates a duplicate login instead of modifying the one you want. Then to delete these extra servers you have to successfully log in to one then go to the cog which brings up the server lists and has a delete button. Pressing this button doesnt delete the server, rather it just takes you to the original login page. This process is a bit clunky, time consuming, and, in my experience, broken.
