Ratings and reviews

This App is one of the worse I've used. The fingerprint access is not working (you can notice from old review that this bug is there for a very long time and the bank doesn't do anything to fix it) . Regular credentials doesn't get save as well. So on each access you will need to add it. Take into account that the username is just a banch of numbers, a long one , so it's almost impossible to remember it and even if you do , you need to reassigned it on each login. Poor user experience.

very much frustrating. without any error message beforehand, the app exits the user profile after awhile to the main window while I was still busy using the app.

App need to be improved significantly. Just move from another bank. The personal service is great, but the digital service most be improved especially in those days.As a user of other banks app, the app is far behind, login is tedious, involed too many steps,biometric doesn't work well. In order to see mortgage info you need to login again.IMHO the app should provide all account info in one place and be more user friendly, hope it will improve on next releases. thx
