Needs some work. First day; last stop, there was no cell service and the app couldn't save the customers signature. I had to get her consent to let me sign on her behalf until I got service again. Most similar apps can store offline data such as a photo until service is restored using app cache, hope they fix this. There's no hyperlink to maps unless you highlight the address. Not safe to perform while driving. No order instructions are shown. No order details after completed orders?

Hello, sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with MobileTek Web Boost. While unfortunately there isn't much we can do about bad cell phone reception. The other issues you described sounds like the order may have been entered incorrectly (missing information). When you can, please reach out to Support@MobileTek.com so we can get this fixed.

Last week I am not able to see the driver's pay before I accept the load. I am operating a business and should know how much each load pays. Please fix. The operations mgr says it's a glitch that you all are aware of. Why is there a settings option that is passcode protected?
