Many times I try to use the app, I get a (server error) message when I try to login. To fix this, I have to spend 30 minutes of my day (losing sleep due to working nights) calling ANB to fix the issue by getting transferred back and forth while the office personnel fumble around trying to figure out what the problem is and many times I am told that there's nothing wrong on their end when it is so I have to convince them it is on their end. It's very frustrating and time wasting. PLEASE FIX THIS

Never experienced issues. Always been able to use the app at my will, which is great. However, I would like to be able to look at more in depth into my trans but I get the security reasons so I'd rather not change anything tbh.
