Their whole infrastructure is barebones but works. Sometimes have problems loading. Mostly things like adding spaces in login and such, where it won't recognize character input because of that. Then there is the business account and personal account separately, which the transfer request requires days to complete. *Sighs* Someday I'll find a bank that's got it right.

Refuses to recognize biometrics. Junk app. Also I don't need information on two debit cards that were shut down a year ago. EDIT: This app just gets worse and worse. Very frustrating. Am going to be closing the accounts I have because I can't do the things I need to through the app. Your bank has terrible hours as well

I really miss the old app. It was easier to read. My biometric password keeps being disabled or just not working and that just really is an inconvenience. The whole app is just really frustrating. I don't understand why they had to change the entire app vs just updated and adding new features to the old app. I hate how the subtracted amounts are all red. Makes me think I'm going negative. And when I am negative there is basically no indicator because it's all red. It's not user friendly.
