* Update: I was able to create an account, and pair the device, but after trying all day, the camera won't load, I can't control the remote, etc. There is a note that says "not compatible with 5G," which might be the problem. I believe that's what I have and all/most mobile companies have moved their customers to. I'll update this review if I can get a resolution. I installed the app and it won't let me type in the verification code field. I can't move forward without registering an account.

0 stars for the recent update!! It worked fine for a couple of years. Now, since the update, it can no longer load the camera. I have tried EVERYTHING multiple times, and the same result, nothing. FIX THE "UPDATE"!!

Stopped working with latest update. when hitting start just spins and spins. Worked for years but will no longer connect to the camera have reset it started over done everything.
