GO-FOOD transactions have become a topic of conversation and debate among the public regarding their legitimacy from the perspective of sharia law. The way to order food through GO-FOOD is by clicking on the GO-FOOD feature on the GO-JEK application. Later various kinds of restaurants will appear which are tracked according to the location around the user. Then the user begins to be able to choose the food menu that will be ordered. After agreeing to the order, the user is just waiting for the food to be delivered by GO-JEK.

While waiting for the order to arrive, the user can track the whereabouts of the courier and contact him if the order has not arrived for a long time. Regarding payment, the food menu that has been ordered will be paid in advance (paid temporarily) by GO-JEK. When the food has arrived, then the user pays in cash or via GO-JEK Credit.
