About this app

Say goodbye to pen and paper and manage your donations easily with Donation Organizer! Our app allows you to easily upload CSV files containing personal information such as name, age, donation location, and orphan status and manage the list of donation recipients in the app. Once you upload the file, you can easily track who received donations and mark them as such with just one touch. Our app is designed to save you time and make donation management as easy as possible. In the near future, you will even be able to seamlessly sync your data across multiple devices so you are always up to date. Whether you are on your PC or another device, our app is the perfect way to keep track of your donations and positively impact people's lives.

How to Fill the Lists in the App with Persons and Places:

1. Uploading a CSV File:
If we provide a CSV file, you can simply open it with Excel.

Link of CSV File: not provided yet

If not, you can create one if you want to import data via a CSV file. The first row will not be imported, it is only used to describe the columns. The first row should look like this: Column A = Distribution Place, Column B = Name, Column C = Age, Column D = Orphan Status (1 for yes, 0 for no).

In the rows following the first row, enter the places where distribution will take place, and then enter the name, age, and orphan status (1 for yes, 0 for no) in the corresponding columns.

Every time you upload the file, only new data will be added. You can delete previously uploaded data if you wish. However, if the name and place are the same as in a previous upload, the new entry will not be added. In this case, please enter the last name.

2. Adding new Persons and Donation Places in the App:
You can also add new persons and donation places directly in the app. Simply use the designated buttons and fill in the required information. This is a quick and easy way to add new data to the app.
