About this app

This application allows visitors to appear in 3D and this, in the real environment, a traveler time. The latter, called Cléophas, tells the story of Héberville, the first municipality of Lac-Saint-Jean to have seen the light of day.


Cléophas welcomes us and guides us through the heart of the village in a pedestrian walkway. We can consider this new technological approach and Cléophas, as a tourist guide of the future. It is an ultra updated version of the old audio guides. Both playful and informative, the augmented reality, as we use it in this application, allows us even to recreate part of the buildings of the past, the village thus becoming a kind of open-air museum.


Requires ARCore compatible device

Requires a presence in the Village of Hébertville. The application is linked to the pedestrian path specifically designed for the experience.
