Unlike other apps (that waited until I had entered my entire long grocery list & went to check out, to tell me they didn't deliver to my address), this one told me right after installation that they didn't serve my area. I do appreciate that. That deserves at least some stars, in my book. But I couldn't give them a great rating, ONLY because they didn't offer in my area.

I used to deliver for beelivery a while back and loved it and never had a problem with the app. After a break, I decided to start up again, and i downloaded the driver app. First, it won't open the drivers section to see the orders, and secondly, when I go to check the delivery invite immediately after receiving it, it either won't open up to see the delivery, or if it does, the job has already been taken. It's useless now.

Made two orders over two days. First one had all incorrect items (cheaper substitutes) and one missing item. For the second order, I made sure to mark all items as not to be substituted. One item was incorrect again. When I raised this with customer service, they told me that the items were all marked as substitutable. Either they're lying or the app is bugged - either way, won't be using this again.
