Information and services - always available without waiting times.

You can access your personal contract documents, utility bills and other documents and forms at any time via your smartphone or tablet via MY GSW. As a tenant, you have a simple and clear overview of the current status of your rental account or, as the owner, the date of the next owner's meeting. Change your personal data and print out forms yourself whenever you want or need it. And should a damage be reported, you can send it to us quickly and easily with additional photos via MY GSW.

All your contact inquiries via MY GSW reach your tenant service team or your WEG administrator, who will then deal with your request during our office hours. And so that we can also contact you by phone or email, you can always keep your contact details up-to-date via MY GSW.
