They once had a version that worked far better than this one. This one can not retrieve videos from my gallery. I have to go into a file manager and search them by title. It takes longer and sometimes will not respond to selection once I have found the video.

The new aspect ratio settings have me scratching my head. Before, the app seemed to default to the correct aspect ratio as far as I could tell, but now the default is 1:1 scale which for some reason squashes the image. Even more puzzling, there's nowhere to change the default to "no scale" which fixes the issue, since it is a setting only accessible after you launch the video. I have to adjust the setting for. every. video. Did I mention you have to watch a 30 second ad to access the settings?

Thanks for the heads up. For some reason many 180º/360º videos have weird aspect ratios, while the usual 1:1 should be the right proportion the truth is most of them works well with the "No scale" option. It has been reverted back, now the default is "No scale" but you can choose any other aspect ratio in case it doesn't show well. Thanks again!

Update 2: Updated on 2024-04-13, still not showing files. Folders do not have anything but letters in the path, no periods, and are on the internal storage. Guess I'll stick with v3.10. Using Samsung A13. - Update: Version 3.40 did not fix the problem. My folders with MP4 files still show as empty in the app. - Doesn't work anymore. Used to be the best, but now it can't find or play videos that used to work fine. But hey, at least ads started working. 🙄 Last working version was 3.10.

Strange, tested with exactly same conditions, Samsung A13 and Android 13 and can't reproduce the issue. Internal storage and SD card working without any problem. Please try clearing app data and cache and check if access to files permission is enabled.
