La Constitución de Ecuador de 2008, denominada oficialmente como Constitución de la República del Ecuador es la norma jurídica suprema vigente del Ecuador. Reemplazó a la Constitución de 1998. Fue redactada por la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente que sesionó entre 2007 y 2008; y luego, el texto normativo fue sometido a referéndum constitucional siendo aprobado mediante sufragio universal obteniendo el 63.93 % de los votos válidos.
