Unable to grab an order, it shows up in the email, which tells you to go to the website or mobile app and nothing! Support says first come, first serve. I hit the grab board within a couple of seconds, and still nothing there It is very frustrating and not much assistance from the company. It looks like I am not the only one with this issue.

Get emails for orders but they don't show in the grab it board! So no way to secure an order....frustrating and costly as I lose money every time and the app seems to shove it in my face by emailing ! App support could be better. Got a response but no follow through. Have to sit on the app since the orders show up and then the notification comes after......

Yesterday I was using the app to scan and it froze up on me 4 times while trying to complete an assignment. I'm not certain if others experienced issues with it this weekend, but it kept freezing up on me while trying to scan. The timer was still counting, but the screen was frozen so I'm not certain if my scan completed fully or not.
