everything is fine except the user interface. it's horrible; choosing specific batches to enroll, customising notifications for a specific batch (it sends too many notifications of which maximum is useless), to know if a class of a specific topic has been done or not I have to open that exact topic of that subject only then I can tell, on the topic chart it says how many classes will be done instead it could be how many of how many has been done. these things need to be improved.

I am very disappointed with the service. Before payment, the counsellor assured me that the class timing would be suitable for my job (around 2 PM). But after payment, the timings were completely different, and I was not able to attend even a single live class. I was also told I would be added to Telegram/WhatsApp groups immediately, but that also never happened. When I contacted support, they kept repeating “no refund policy” instead of addressing the misinformation provided by their counsellor

The Adda247 app provides very good content, much better than other platforms. But the reason for giving it a 1-star rating is that as soon as the app opens, it forcefully shows ads to purchase their products. Because of this, I have stopped using the app now. Then suddenly they call, asking whether I had used their platform and if I want to purchase something. The same thing again and again. I have complained many times to stop showing ads
