App constantly crashes since day 1. Most recently, cannot even open app. Get an error saying unablento fetch the requested information, please restart the application. This happens every time you restart the application even after uninstall and reinstalling. Haven't even managed to get to a screen to enter any information, so not even got to a login page. For years now, worst app ever. Only reason I want to use it , is because the Web site payment pages are even worse

Can't make payment with saved cards. Payment via the app fails way too often. Fix these bugs soon as possible as the app is a convenient way to pay the bills. Out of the blue, can't even log in. Doesn't recognise password nor usename. Kindly get a good programmer to fix the app. It would be a very convenient way to pay bills if only it works.

The recently launched new version is good. Useful dashboards on usage and clean user interface. Just one major complaint, the auto-pay setup on the previous version of the app was reset without notification. I was unaware until I received an overdue message. Even more weird is the fact that the stored card details have been retained, only the auto-pay was lost in the update. In subsequent updates, please ensure these settings are also migrated.
